Sleeper Picks For Week 6

Jared Goff vs. SanĀ Francisco

The 49ers just gave up a 27.6 fantasy point game to Miami’s Ryan Fitzpatrick, and I’m gonna be expecting a similar performance from Goff this week. Gave has three QB1 finishes so far in 2020, and currently sits as the overall QB10. He’s proven to fantasy owners that he has the ability to be a great fantasy quarterback option every week. This week he has a great matchup against the 49ers defense, that has been devastated with injuries this season. They’ve given up two straight QB1 weeks to opposing quarterbacks. Yet somehow Goff is ranked as the QB16 this week on FantasyPros.com ECR rankings. Ill be starting in every league that I own him in.

Myles Gaskin vs. New York

Gaskin is getting all the volume for the Dolphins, and is proving to be a great fantasy play week in-and-out. He’s getting over 60% of the teams snap shares every week, and in positive game scripts is getting tons of work in the running game. He’s also been getting a minimum of four targets a game, and from his 25 total targets this season, has only missed on two of them. For week six he gets to face a New York Jets defense that’s giving up 30.98 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. The Jets just gave up a combined 30.4 points to Cardinals back’s Drake and Edmonds in week five. This is a great volume play for your fantasy roster, with a great ceiling to have a RB1 performance.

Tee Higgins vs. Indianapolis

Even though this isn’t the greatest matchup for Higgins, I’ll be expecting a good floor play from him this week. He will be matched up with cornerback Rock Ya-Sin, who’s allowing 14.7 yards per reception. Higgins yards per catch the past two weeks has been 17.4 yards. Higgins and rookie quarterback Joe Burrow should be able to connect on the intermediate throws, where they’ve been successful the past few weeks. Adding to that, Higgins is getting plenty of targets weekly. We just need to see the Bengals reach the red zone, so he can get those very important red zone targets. Higgins is a safe option for your FLEX this week, with the ceiling of repeating his week three performance.

Robert Tonyan vs. Tampa Bay

Finding the perfect sleeper tight end usually means they’ll have a matchup where they can score a touchdown. Well, Tonyan has at least one touchdown in his last three games, and has a three touchdown performance last week. Most fantasy managers might be avoiding Tonyan now that Davante Adams is back and healthy. But I think Tonyan is still a top 10 caliber tight end option the rest of the season. Him and Rodgers now have a connection, and is probably still his second option in the passing game. Tonyan has consistently keeping his 60% snap share, and is proving he only needs five targets to have a good fantasy week. As long as he stays on the field, Tonyan should be a solid fantasy tight end.
